Altair软件授权模式 需要买多少AU点数

Altair近几年的业务快速增长,一方面是工业在升级需求端旺盛,另一方面与它灵活的授权模式分不开。别的软件都是按套卖,Altair的软件按点数卖。差别在哪儿呢?Altair旗下有几十款常用的工业仿真软件(基本覆盖了企业需要用到的所有仿真需求),你同样的点数,既可以用A软件,也可以用B/C/D软件,买一赠几十,岂不美哉!比如,一般来说模型前处理工具HyperMesh都是要买的,比如你买两套,那就是42个点,这42个点可以允许你使用OptiStruct、Radioss这些求解器,还可以使用HyperStudy、HyperLife这些工具,企业何乐而不为呢!相对应的,如果你买了达索的Abaqus,你就只能用这一款软件,还需要额外再去配前后处理工具,那就花了两份钱了,况且,Altair的软件价格比达索实惠地多。

还有更狠的,单台电脑上Altair的软件点数不会叠加,只会取其中最高的。比如你电脑上,同时运行了HyperMesh(21个点),HyperView(21点),那统计点数就是21个点,如果这时候你又打开了OptiStruct计算求解(1-4核运行为30点),这时候点数占用就是30个点,也就是取你用的点数的最大值,这样就最大程度地减少了企业在软件上的投资。

Altair的软件授权模式

有三种,

  1. 单机版,很少用,除非客户只有一个工程师;
  2. 浮动版,最常见的授权模式,即一个中心服务器提供浮动license,多台客户端访问这个license服务器获取授权;
  3. Altair Managed License即由Altair帮你管理License,国内很少用,需要联网访问Altair服务器获得许可;

所以下面主要按第2中浮动版license的授权来说明。每个license文件(通常是*.dat格式)中,都会标明许可的点数信息。这个点数,就是官方说的Altair Unit。因为Altair旗下设计很多不同类型的软件,各自的Unit占比也不同,下面就最常见的情况说明。

结构分析优化的点数需求

先说1个工程师使用的情况

  • 前后处理,HyperMesh/HyperView,占用21个点
  • 分析求解,OptiStructFEA(FEA是Finite Element Method有限元分析方法的缩写),占用30个点(4核以内并行,如果更多点数要求会增加)
  • 优化,OptiStructOPT(OPT是Optimization优化的缩写),占用50个点(4核以内并行,如果更多点数要求会增加)

即如果1个工程师只使用前后处理,那就买21个点,如果需要用到求解器,那就用30个点,如果同时要使用优化功能,那就要买50个点,所以对于一个工程师的公司来说,购买优化功能就显得不太划算。

那如果是3个工程师用呢,每个工程师至少需要21个点,那总共至少买63个点(21*3),那这样也就能使用50个点数需求的OptiStructOPT优化功能了,所以这就是Altair Unit这种销售模式的好处,一笔钱,用到了几倍的功能。通常来说,对于需要系统进行产品研发的公司,2~3人的配置是最基础最常见的。当然,一个工程师的电脑用了优化功能之后,别的两个工程师的电脑上就无法启动HyperMesh了,这点我们在下面电磁分析中举例说明。

电磁分析的点数需求

  • 前处理,HyperMesh,占用21个点
  • 电磁求解,Feko,占用30个点(4核以内并行)

所以如果一个工程师,就需要买30个点。但是两个工程师,只需要买42个点,也能使用前处理和求解,需要注意的是,求解的时候因为已经占用了30个点,所以现在池子中只剩下了12个点,此时另一台电脑如果打开HyperMesh就会提示点数不足(因其需要21个点)。也就是说,如果只买42个点,那要么是两个工程师同时只使用前处理功能,而如果如果工程师A用到了Feko求解,那就只能允许A开前处理,B就不能开前处理。这类问题可以在工程师人数较多(5人以上)的时候避免,因为不是每个工程师都需要时时刻刻开着HyperMesh。

Altair Unit点数的基本原则

从上面的说明中,可以看到点数计算的一些规律

  1. 不同软件的点数要求不一样
  2. 购买的点数是一个总池子,每台电脑需要使用软件的时候去这个池子里面取点数
  3. 单台电脑可以开多个软件,只取最高值,不叠加(这一点很重要,用好了可以节省很多点数,欢迎联系博主咨询方案)
  4. 不同电脑使用,点数会叠加
  5. 工程师越多,平均点数需求越小,每个人的软件投入就越划算(另一方面,总体点数多了,相应也会有更多折扣)
